Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.

A brief description of the issue
If the claim is submitted within the 5-day window, we’ll review it and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted after 5 days from delivery cannot be accepted, and Iron Brand Hat Co. will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the item.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Items approved for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
